Red Arrows perform New York flypast
The Red Arrows have been thrilling crowds in New York, performing a flypast to help mark the 250th anniversary of US independence.
On Saturday, the RAF's aerobatic team joined dozens of other aircraft for displays.
Wing Cdr Sasha Nash, the Reds' officer commanding, said the team was "incredibly proud" to have played a role in the milestone event.
During their visit to the United States, the Red Arrows have visited Maryland and are also due to display in Wisconsin, Maine and Michigan.
The Royal Air Force said the Red Arrows were part of a wider commitment of UK Armed Forces, including Royal Navy ships and the Band of His Majesty's Royal Marines, that will mark the independence milestone.
"We are incredibly proud to be having a role in the flypast and to have that opportunity to take part," Nash said.
