98-year-old press-up buff tries his hand at yoga
A 98-year-old man has continued his mission to stay active... and this time he has taken up yoga.
After telling BBC Radio Suffolk about his twice-daily press-up routine last month, Bill Kober, from Woodbridge, asked his daughter to teach him "the crow" - a position from her yoga class.
The crow pose builds strength in the core, shoulders and arms and requires a shift of weight towards the front of the body whilst balancing on hands - with legs off the ground.
"I thought, I've never seen that, but i wonder if i can do it?" said Mr Kober.
