A man has shared tips on how to continue to enjoy playing golf aged 100.

Ron Hepworth celebrated his 100th birthday on Wednesday with a round at Woodbridge Golf Club in Suffolk with his two sons and grandson.

He said the day had been "absolutely brilliant", while his family described him as an "inspiration".

When asked about the key to being able to play the sport at 100, Hepworth said: "Trying to remember when you play this game, as with many others, keep it straight and don't overdo it."
