Firefighters will remain at the scene of an industrial building fire in Nottinghamshire to damp down.

Crews from eight stations, including an aerial ladder platform, a water carrier and a command support vehicle, were called to Hospital Road in Retford shortly before 21:00 BST on Monday.

In an update on Tuesday, Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service said Hallcroft roundabout has now reopened but Hospital Road remains closed while work continues.

The service added there was disruption to bus services and two crews will remain at the scene for "several more hours".

Residents have been asked to keep their windows and doors shut and people have been told to avoid the area while the fire is dealt with.
