'Forever 18' family's tribute to teen killed in crash
Police handoutThe family of a teenager killed in a crash have said she was a "friend to all" and she will be "forever 18".
Victoria Niebylska, was a passenger in a VW Golf which collided with the side of a house and retaining wall at the junction of Helmshore Road and Dean Road in Haslingden just before midnight on Monday.
She was taken to hospital where she died the next day, Lancashire Police said.
Paying tribute, the family said she was "so deeply cherished, so dearly missed, yet forever with us in every heartbeat, every memory, every quiet moment".
Ollie SamuelsTheir statement said: "My only daughter, beloved granddaughter and friend to all.
"Eighteen years could never hold all the love you brought into this world.
"You were my one and only, my greatest joy, my whole heart.
"Your love remains, always Mum, Nan and Grandad.
"Forever 18."
The driver of the VW Golf, a man in his 20s, was pronounced dead in hospital on Tuesday morning.
Another passenger in the car, an 18-year-old woman, suffered serious injuries and remains in hospital.
