Man charged after woman struck by off-road motorbike

A man has been charged after a woman was struck by an off-road motorbike in Aberdeen.

Emergency services were called out to reports of a collision on Garthdee Drive on Saturday afternoon.

The 29-year-old woman was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for treatment. Police said the motorbike left the area.

The 43-year-old man who was arrested and charged is due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Wednesday.
