'Wonderful mum' dies of injuries after A26 crash
Sussex Police/Family handoutA family has paid tribute to "the most wonderful mum, partner, sister, aunt, daughter and friend" who has died from injuries following a crash in East Sussex.
Pamela Chadwick, 59, from Seaford, was driving on the A26 at Beddingham, near Lewes, on the evening of 18 July.
Her vehicle collided with another car and she died 11 days later.
The other driver was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and has since been bailed.
Chadwick's family said she "loved her family more than anything".
"She was kind, caring, loyal and selfless with a great sense of humour and is deeply loved by her family, friends and work colleagues," they added.
"Her unbearable loss is difficult to comprehend; Pamela's love and kindness will forever be in our hearts. She was one of a kind, the loveliest person you could ever wish to meet."
Chadwick was driving a grey Suzuki Vitara while the other driver - a 39-year-old man from Dover - was in a silver Kia Venga.
He has been bailed until October 30 and any witnesses have been asked to contact Sussex Police.
