A man who killed his wife and refused to reveal where her body is cannot be released from prison, after the High Court overturned the Parole Board's decision to release him.

Glyn Razzell was jailed for life in 2003 after being convicted of murdering his wife Linda, who disappeared in Swindon the year before. He has never revealed where her body is.

The Parole Board decided in April that Razzell could be released as his imprisonment was "no longer necessary for the protection of the public".

The decision was referred to the High Court, where it was overturnedfollowing a two-day hearing.
