The family of a woman who died in a road traffic collision have described her as a "shining light" and a "kind and beautiful soul".

Victoria Wright, 40, had been travelling on the A1067 at Bawdeswell in Norfolk when the car she was driving collided with a white Volvo lorry on Thursday.

After the collision, a teenage girl who was a passenger in the blue BMW X2 was taken to hospital with serious injuries. The driver of the lorry was treated for minor injuries and has since been discharged from hospital.

Norfolk Police said no arrests were made.

In a tribute, her family said: "She was known to many as Vic, Vicky and Victoria and was a shining light for all who knew her and didn't quite realise how brightly she shone.

"A kind and beautiful soul inside and out, loved by all.

"Vicky filled her life with fun and laughter and although a gaping hole has been left in all of our lives, she will remain in our hearts and minds forever."
