Divisive building being demolished by huge machine

A 1960s brutalist office block likened to a space ship is being knocked down.

Work has started on the demolition of Sovereign House in Norwich, which was once used by Her Majesty's Stationary Office.

It is the final prominent building being knocked down at the Anglia Square shopping centre, which is being turned into 1,100 homes.

People stopped to witness "Big Kee"' - a huge demolition machine - take chunks out of its side. In just a couple of hours, large sections of the seven-storey building had been pulled down.
