This is the moment a police helicopter was deployed to help chase and apprehend a teenager who had already been banned from driving.
Police followed Buster Digby out of Festival Leisure Park in Basildon on 21 March and he abandoned his Porsche in Courtauld Road.
He crossed the wrong side of the road and travelled the wrong way around a roundabout.
The 19-year-old of Pembroke Place, Chelmsford, pleaded guilty to five driving offences, including driving while disqualified.
He was sentenced to 12 weeks in prison, but suspended for 12 months, at Chelmsford Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.
