Ricky Martin to perform at Sandringham estate
Deacon CommunicationRicky Martin is to perform his first UK show in a decade after being announced as a headliner for a "Saturday night pop party" at the Sandringham estate in Norfolk.
The Latin pop star - best known for his 1999 global smash Livin' la Vida Loca - will appear on 22 August, with support from Sugababes and Olly Alexander.
The concert is part of the estate's Heritage Live Festival from 19 August to 23 August, which already includes Lionel Ritchie and Eric Clapton.
"We've always aimed to bring the very biggest names to the stage across a wide range of genres, and this show is a perfect example of that," said Giles Cooper, of Heritage Live Festival.
"The rise of Latin music as a global force has been phenomenal, and we're thrilled to welcome one of the true pioneers who helped bring it to a massive international audience.
"It's set to be an incredible party."
Deacon CommunicationMartin has been known for putting on some of the biggest live shows in the world, featuring a huge array of dancers and musicians, performing a hit-packed set that includes Livin' La Vida Loca, She Bangs, María, The Cup of Life, and more, Heritage Live added.
BBC StudiosSugababes are one of the biggest British girl groups of all time, with six number one singles including Freak Like Me, Push the Button and Round Round, and are back to their original line-up.
Actor and singer Olly Alexander has had two UK number one albums as Years & Years.
He was nominated for a Bafta for Channel 4 drama It's A Sin and has appeared in the West End.

Tickets are on presale from Wednesday, with pre-registration essential, Heritage Live said.
Large-scale music events began at the Royal Family's Norfolk retreat in 2023 with Sir Van Morrison, Robbie Williams and The Who on the bill.
Mariah Carey, Pet Shop Boys, Stereophonics and Michael Bublé featured last year.
