Woman in her 70s dies after crash between two cars

A woman in her 70s has died following a crash between two cars.

The collision took place between a red Nissan Qashqai and a red Volkswagen Polo on the A148 Holt Road in Aylmerton, near Felbrigg Hall, at about 15:20 GMT on 25 March, Norfolk Police said.

The drivers of both vehicles were taken to hospital and the woman who had been driving the Polo died on 3 April.

The woman in her 80s who was driving the Qashqai was later discharged from hospital.

The force is appealing for any witnesses who have not already spoken to police, and for anyone with dashcam footage to get in touch.
