Chamber of Commerce interim president appointed
Jersey ChamberA former president of the Jersey Chamber of Commerce has returned to the role after his appointment at the organisation's annual general meeting.
Eliot Lincoln, who served as vice president and then president between 2015 and 2019, will serve as interim president for one year.
He had been the chamber's co-vice president, and his appointment has come after Lee Madden's decision to stand down as president earlier this month, the chamber said.
At the meeting, the chamber recorded its thanks to Madden for his "dedication and hard work" during his time as president and vice president.
Darren Scott was confirmed as vice president, with Claire Reynard appointed chair of the Employment and Skills Committee.
Lincoln was the winner of the 2012 Jersey Institute of Directors' director of the year for a medium-sized business and the 2012 UK national young director of the year.
