Candidates for Senator to answer questions on BBC
BBCAll candidates for the role of senator will appear on the BBC's Election Call programme in the week before polling day, it has been confirmed.
Seventeen people are standing for the nine senatorial seats available.
Each will answer questions on one of three special programmes, which will be broadcast live on BBC Radio Jersey and on social media on Monday 1, Tuesday 2 and Wednesday 3 June.
Voters will head to the polls on Sunday 7 June.
Monday 1 June: 13:00-14:00 and available to listen again shortly after broadcast

Each Election Call special will be hosted by Matthew Price.
In recent weeks, the candidates for constable and deputy have also been appearing on the programme.

A total of 49 politicians - 28 deputies, 12 constables and nine senators - will be elected to Jersey's next States Assembly.
