A 23-year-old man has been jailed after stabbing another man in Oxford.

Kyle Cox, previously of Harebell Road, attacked his victim in Northfield Close, Littlemore, at about midnight on 11 December 2025.

In January, Cox pleaded guilty to one charge each of wounding with intent and possessing a bladed article in a public place.

During a sentencing hearing at Oxford Crown Court, Cox was handed a six-year prison sentence.

Cox's victim, who was in his 20s, was taken to hospital with serious injuries following the attack.
