Motorcyclist dies in single-vehicle crash
Getty ImagesA motorcyclist has died in a single-vehicle crash in Portsmouth, police said.
Emergency services were called to Kettering Terrace at about 07:30 BST, said Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary.
The rider, a man in his 30s, from Waterlooville, was pronounced dead at the scene, the force confirmed. His next of kin have been informed.
Drivers have been urged to avoid the area, with road closures in place at Princess Royal Way, Mile End Road on to the M275 and up to junction 2.
