A man accused of murdering a woman has appeared in court.

Matthew Wilkie has been charged with with one count of murder after 40-year-old Natalie Clements was found dead at a home in Bracknell.

She was pronounced dead at a home in Birkdale at about 07:00 BST on Wednesday, 15 July. A post-mortem ruled she died from a head injury.

Wilkie, 48, of Liscombe, Bracknell, has been remanded in custody after he appeared in court for a preliminary hearing on Monday, 20 July.

He is next due to appear for a plea and trial preparation hearing at the same court on 5 October.
