Murder inquiry after man dies at Deal property

Police have launched a murder inquiry after a man died at a property in Deal.

A man in his 60s was found with a head injury on Pilots Avenue on Tuesday morning and died while receiving treatment from paramedics.

A 59-year-old man from Deal has been arrested in connection with the incident, according to Kent Police.

Emergency services were called to the home shortly after 10:00 BST on Tuesday after "reports of an assault".

Police said the victim's next of kin had been informed and asked anybody with relevant information or CCTV footage to get in contact.
