British Musical Fireworks Championship: All you need to know
Visit Southport/Sefton MBCThe British Musical Fireworks Championship will take place at Victoria Park in Southport on Saturday and Sunday.
The national pyrotechnic competition will see professional teams synchronise fireworks displays to music, creating a spectacular audio-visual show on Merseyside.
Here is everything you need to know ahead of the event.
Where is it and what time does it start?
The event takes place in the town's Victoria Park on Saturday and Sunday between 17:30 BST and 21:30.
The event is ticketed with both standing and seated tickets available.

Event organisers said delays were possible and asked visitors to allow extra time for their journey.
By rail: Visitors are advised to use public transport and Northern Rail and Merseytravel operate frequent trains to Southport.
Merseyrail is offering £2 return tickets for adults and just £1 for children as part of a partnership with Liverpool City Region Combined Authority.
The nearest train stations are Birkdale and Southport, both which are about a 15-minute walk from the event site.
By car: The official event car park is Princes Park and is open from 16:00 and drivers are asked to follow the event signage.

- Fire Monkey Pyro
There will also be live music from Clay Highway and Batala at the Victoria Park Bandstand, along with activities for children, including trampolines, craft workshops, glitter tattoos and caricature artists.
What can I bring?
Food is allowed on site but BBQs or open fires are not permitted for health and safety reasons, organisers say.
Drone and small unmanned aircraft systems are strictly not allowed to be flown within the event site.
Organisers said they reserved the right to conduct random searches of customers and vehicles at the point of entry and whilst within the event site.
They will be searching for the following items: Dangerous or hazardous items, illegal substances, explosives or ammunition, fireworks, knives, blades or other weapons, firearms, laser devices, smoke canisters and transmitting devices.
Dogs are permitted but organisers strongly advise that dogs are not brought to the event due to the noise produced by the fireworks.
All dogs must remain on their lead and anyone with a dog off the lead may be asked to leave the event.
