Driver seriously injured in four-vehicle A34 crash
BBCA major road has reopened after a driver was taken to hospital with serious injuries following a crash.
The A34 was closed in both directions near Chieveley Services, near Newbury, at about 11:00 BST after the crash on the northbound carriageway between a white van, a red car and two other vehicles.
The southbound carriageway reopened at about 13:30, and National Highways said shortly before 18:30 that all lanes in both directions were now open again.
