Police probe 'unexplained' death of man in Livingston

Police are treating the death of a man at a house in West Lothian as "unexplained".

Officers were called to the home on Perth Street in the Craigshall area of Livingston at about 16:15 on Thursday.

The body of a 54-year-old man was discovered inside. A Police Scotland spokesperson said inquiries into the incident were ongoing.

They added a post-mortem examination would be carried out in due course and a report submitted to the procurator fiscal.
