Police officer charged with sexual assault

A police officer has been charged two counts of sexual assault.

PC Austin Travis, 29, who works for Thames Valley Police at High Wycombe station, was charged on 21 September and has been suspended from duty.

The charges follow reports made by two people known to Travis alleging incidents in Oxford city centre in November 2025 while he was off duty.

Travis is due to appear at Luton Magistrates' Court on Thursday.
