Two people have been charged after reports of a fight involving weapons outside a supermarket in Nottinghamshire.

Officers were called to Asda in Priestsic Road, Sutton-in-Ashfield, at 23:57 GMT on Friday, where a 17-year-old boy and two men - 23 and 24 - were injured. Their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening, Nottinghamshire Police said.

Two 16-year-old boys were arrested and have now been charged with three counts of causing grievous bodily harm and one count of possessing a blade.

The boys, who cannot be named for legal reasons, were due to appear at Nottingham Magistrates' Court on Monday.

One of the boys was further charged with two counts of wounding with intent and attempted wounding with intent following a stabbing in Eardley Road, Bestwood, on 15 February.
