Trial date set for man accused of murdering wife
BBCA trial date has been set for a man charged with murdering his wife at their home in Horncastle.
Mohammad Raees Mohammad Rahim, 34, of Warwickshires Way, is accused of killing 27-year-old Khyali Jana Rahim Bad Shah at the same address.
Lincolnshire Police were called to the house on 2 April and found her unconscious. She was later pronounced dead at the scene.
The murder charge was not put to Rahim during the hearing at Lincoln Crown Court on Monday and he was remanded in custody until his next court appearance. The trial was listed at the same court with a provisional start date of 2 November and is expected to last two weeks.
