Pedestrian, 16, dies after being hit by van
GoogleA 16-year-old boy died two days after he and another pedestrian were hit by a van, police have said.
The collision happened in Leaden Roding, near Great Dunmow, Essex, on Tuesday 28 April at 18:00 BST.
The boy and a 23-year-old man were taken to hospital, but the boy died on Thursday.
Essex Police said the driver of the van stopped at the scene, on Stortford Road. No arrests have been made and its investigation is ongoing.
The force has been asked for an update on the 23-year-old man.
It has appealed for any witnesses, or anyone with dashcam footage, to come forward.
