The ringleader of a "major drugs supply network" has been ordered to pay back more than £250,000 from the multimillion-pound operation.

Mohammed Tasadiq Khan, from Dewsbury, was jailed for 16 years in August 2024 after pleading guilty to conspiracy to supply cocaine and heroin and possession criminal property in relation to a £100m drugs plot.

A confiscation hearing at Leeds Crown Court on Monday heard Khan's benefit had been £2.75m.

The 38-year-old, formerly of Marmaville Court in Mirfield, was ordered to repay the £260,108.04 available to him within three months or receive a further three years in prison.

According to police, the network supplied a "boutique" brand of Class A drugs across the country.
