Woman, 86, dies in house fire
BBCA woman in her 80s has died after a house fire in Lincolnshire, police said.
Emergency services were called to the fire on Bullen's Lane in Swineshead, near Boston, on Monday at 17:37 BST.
Lincolnshire Police said it believed the body was that of an 86-year-old woman who lived at the address, although formal identification had not yet taken place.
An investigation remains ongoing alongside Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue. Officers will remain at the scene while inquiries continue, the force added.
