Two bikers killed in three-vehicle crash

Two motorcyclists have died following a crash in Lincolnshire, police have said.

The collision, involving two motorcycles and a car, happened on the A16 London Road between Haugham and Burwell just before 18:20 BST on Wednesday.

Lincolnshire Police said a red Vauxhall Corsa Adam, being driven towards Louth, collided with the two grey Kawasaki motorcycles, which were travelling towards Burwell.

The motorcyclists, a woman in her 60s and a man in his 70s, both from Lancashire, died at the scene, police said.

The force appealed for witnesses and anyone who had recorded video footage or who saw the vehicles prior to the collision to get in touch.
