Crash victim named as part of murder investigation
Family HandoutA teenager who was killed in a crash has been named as 18-year-old Harley Seal.
He was riding a motorbike when he was hit by a white Mercedes A180 car just before 20:15 BST on Friday, in front of the Chestfield Barn pub in Whitstable, Kent Police said.
Connor Todd, 19, of Portlight Place, Seasalter, went to Canterbury police station voluntarily and has been charged with murder. He is due to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on 24 August.
"An 18 year old man attended Canterbury police station voluntarily and was arrested in connection with the incident, but has since been released on bail whilst the police continue its investigation," a force spokesperson said.
