Police officers were called to Prince Street on Monday to reports of three people who were suspected to have a weapon, causing damage to properties and cars, West Mercia Police said.
The woman was also assaulted in a house and suffered minor injuries.
A 17-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and assaulting an emergency worker; a 19-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of being in possession of an offensive weapon and assaulting an emergency worker; and a 27-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of violent disorder.

They said they believed those involved were known to each other and there was no wider risk to the public.
