No new updates over father's murder, police say
Family handoutSeveral months after a father described as "bright loving and respectful" was fatally shot, police said they have not yet charged anyone with his murder.
Jermaine Smith, 30, was killed on Lilleshall Crescent, Wolverhampton, in the early hours of 25 October and died at the scene.
Eight people were arrested after the shooting, including four on suspicion of murder - a girl, 16, two 18-year-old men and a 19-year-old man.
On Thursday, West Midlands Police confirmed there were no further updates and the murder suspects were released on bail with strict conditions as the investigation continues.

Smith's mother, Nadine Shakespeare, previously said he was fondly remembered as her "heart and soul".
"Everyone who knew him loved him, he had a big heart and always tried to help others," she added.
"Losing him in such a cruel and senseless way has destroyed me.
"My family and I are broken and all we want now is justice for my son so his soul can finally rest in peace."
