Man denies assault at residential care facility
GoogleA man has denied allegations of assault at a residential facility for young people with special educational needs.
Stephen Ndukwe, 31, pleaded not guilty to assault by beating at Lincoln Magistrates' Court earlier.
The offence relates to Acacia Hall in Friesthorpe, near Market Rasen.
Ndukwe faced a charge of common assault, which has since been dropped. He has been released on conditional bail and will appear at the same court for a trial starting on 20 November.
