Tributes paid to 'special' teen who died in crash
Suffolk PoliceA teenager who was one of two to die following a crash has been described as a "truly special person" who was "full of life and energy" by her family.
Amelia Miller, 19, of Stowmarket, was driving a red Peugeot 107 when it was involved in a crash with a silver Volkswagen Passat in Little Stonham on 18 October.
She was taken to Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge where she later died. Miller's male passenger died at the scene.
Her family members, Chris, Jo and Issac, have paid tribute to the "daughter, sister, aunty and cousin", who they said left school with "fantastic grades".
They added she had been a keen dancer before becoming a photographer, and loved heavy metal and rock music, as well as the "occasional farming song".
"She was only 19 and was so full of life and energy, a truly special person," they said.
"She loved the freedom of having a car, but her passion was motorcycles and she used to go for rides on her 125 looking for photo opportunities, which would normally include bikes or animals, often being goats.
"Amelia left an impression with everyone she met. She struggled with the school environment but left with fantastic grades.
"She really blossomed around adults in the workplace environment with her sharp mind and wit."
Cut It To 40The crash happened in Debenham Road at about 10:15 BST. Police, paramedics, firefighters and an air ambulance were all called.
The occupants of the Volkswagen suffered minor injuries.
Police are continuing to appeal for witnesses to the collision.
