Road closed for 'several hours' as lorry overturns

A road will be closed for "several hours" after a lorry overturned into a ditch.

Suffolk Police said it received a call at 0600 BST on Wednesday about a single vehicle collision on the A143 at Stanton, Suffolk.

The fire service was called and Highways informed about damage to the road surface. No injuries were reported.

The force said the road was closed in both directions to recover a lorry that overturned earlier this morning. The road is expected to be closed for several hours.
