Four people suffer 'serious injuries' in crash

Four people suffered serious injuries in a two-car crash in Derbyshire.

Derbyshire Police was called to the A515 between Sudbury and New Road, near Harehill, at about 11:45 BST.

The near two-mile section of road was closed while recovery work took place.

The force added the injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.
