Two dead and four injured in crash in Donegal

Two men have died following a two-vehicle collision in County Donegal.

The incident occurred on the N15 in Birchhill, an area between Donegal town and Ballybofey, shortly after 14:00 local time on Saturday.

Two occupants in one vehicle, a man in his 20s and a man in his 30s, were pronounced dead at the scene.

Four others were hurt in the crash, but their injuries are not believed to be life threatening. An Garda Síochána (Irish police) are carrying out an examination of the scene and the road has been closed.

Those injured include a man and a woman in their 20s and a man and a woman in their 40s. They are all being treated in Letterkenny University Hospital.
