As major fires and flash floods have dominated the headlines in recent weeks, some positive success stories have still been happening across the West Midlands - and we want to highlight them.

This week, we have a group of teenagers shining a light on men's mental health, World Championships hopes for a woman who was left paralysed after falling from her horse and a trading card game shop that is building a community in Shrewsbury.
