Major rail disruption after person hit by train

National Rail said all lines between Stevenage and Peterborough were closed while emergency services were at the scene.
Operators such as Grand Central, Hull Trains, LNER, Lumo and Thameslink have been affected.
People travelling by train have been warned that disruption is expected until 14:00 BST.
Grand Central, LNER and Lumo have advised customers to check before they travel as tickets can be used on alternative routes and services.
Thameslink has told travellers to delay journeys between Hitchin and Peterborough, with several stations not being served and diversions adding up to an hour.
