Aurigny flight forced into emergency landing
BBCA flight from Guernsey to Manchester was forced to make an emergency landing when the plane's windscreen cracked.
Aurigny said flight GR678 diverted to Southampton on Sunday and the crew had followed safety procedures to carry out an emergency landing as a precaution.
In a statement, Aurigny said: "In line with standard operating procedures, the flight crew carried out a precautionary emergency landing. Passengers and crew are safe and well."
Aurigny said it arranged coach travel to allow passengers to reach Manchester and explained that it would use a different aircraft for the return service to Guernsey.
