Part of the M25 is blocked due to a crash involving a car and a lorry.

Two lanes have been closed after the incident took place on the clockwise carriageway between junction 27 for Epping, Essex, and junction 28 for Brentwood.

The crash was first reported at 05:20 BST, according to traffic system Inrix.

There are delays of 45 minutes and four miles of congestion in the area, National Highways said.

Crews are on scene for recovery and clean-up operations, the road agency added.
