20 July 2026

Available for over a year

Marco Rubio’s State Department has unveiled plans to dismantle the International Criminal Court, a tribunal that prosecutes individuals for war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide. Today, we hear the view from within the world of international criminal law, with human rights lawyer, writer, and international law professor Philippe Sands.
