Banana Balls

1 banana, overripe
½ cup maple syrup
2 cups oat flour
1 tsp vanilla essence
Pinch salt
1 tsp allspice
1 cup chocolate chips of your choice
½ cup cashew butter
2 bars of white chocolate
Chopped hazelnuts to decorate

Put the banana in a large bowl and mash up with a fork.

Add the vanilla essence and mix, add the Allspice, cashew butter, salt and maple syrup, mix together.

Add the oat flour and mix together. Then add the chocolate chips.

Now you can roll them into small balls with your hands and lay them out on a lined tray.

Play the tray in the fridge for 10 minutes.

Whilst the balls are in the fridge, melt the white chocolate, ready to coat the balls.

Remove the balls from the fridge, dip each one into the melted chocolate and place back on the tray.

Top with chopped hazelnuts or any topping of your choice.

Place in the fridge again and leave for 5–10 minutes to set.
