Geàrr cinn nan orainsearan ach fàg an craiceann orra. Geàrr na h-orainsearan ann am pìosan agus cuir iad ann am pròiseasar-bidhe. Geàrr cinn an liomaide agus geàrr an liomaid ann am pìosan beaga. Cuir dhan aon phròiseasar-bidhe agus coimeasgaich na measan còmhla.
Geàrr an dinnsear na chnapan, a' fàgail a' chraicinn air.
Cuir dhan phròiseasar-bidhe iad agus measgaich còmhla, cuide ri ola-chroinn-ola, curcuma, agus piobar dubh.
Cuir uisge ris, gus am measgachadh a thanachadh, agus measgaich gu math. Cuir tuilleadh uisge ris mar a tha feum air.

Ginger Shots
1 organic lemon
2 organic oranges
2 thumbs of ginger
2 tablespoons of turmeric
½ teaspoon black pepper.
1 tablespoon olive oil
Filtered water, enough to cover the mixture.
Cut the ends off the oranges but leave skins on. Cut into chunks and place in the food processor. Cut the ends off the lemon and cut into small chunks and add to the food processor. Blend together.
Cut the ginger into chunks and leaving the skin on. Add to the food processor and blend, along with the olive oil, turmeric and black pepper.
Add the water to loosen the mixture and blend well. Add more water if required to loosen it.
Pour into individual jars or bottles with lids. They can be kept in the fridge for 1 – 2 weeks.
