Pop heart-throbs McFly are due to set pulses racing with the announcement that they will play an outdoor concert in the heart of Thetford Forest. The chart-toppers will headline a show at the High Lodge venue on Friday, 11 July, 2008, with the Thetford date is the only forest gig the boys have booked. The four-piece - made up of Tom Fletcher, Danny Jones, Dougie Poynter and Harry Judd - have hit the number one spot with two albums and seven singles. The news that McFly are heading to the woods seals this year's bill of summer concerts at Thetford. The band will join Crowded House, Katherine Jenkins, KT Tunstall, Status Quo and The Zutons on the line-up, with the shows being held over two weekends in June and July.
