Thursday will be partly cloudy on the mainland with the odd spot of rain on the higher ground. Dry and sunnier on the Isles, especially in Orkney. Friday looks to be cloudy with outbreaks of rain sweeping in from the south-west, with some brighter spells in between. Saturday is set to be mostly dry, with long sunny spells to start but turning cloudier later on.
