South Africa President, Cyril Ramaphoda don replace some members of im cabinet as e newly appoint ministers and deputies for im cabinet on Wednesday.

Ramaphosa replace three ministers and four deputies for im cabinet on Wednesday afternoon as dem take dia oath of office.

"In terms of di power wey dey vested in me by Section 91 subsection 2, read wit Section 91, subsection 3 for di Constitution of di Republic of South Africa 1996, I don decide to appoint dis pipo as Ministers for di portfolios wey dey for di signed President's Act: Willem Aucamp go be Minister of Agriculture, David John Maynier go be Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and Environment and Dina Deliwe Pule go be Minister of Social Development," President Ramaphosa tok.

"In terms of powers that are vested in me by Section 93 subsection 1a of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa of 1996, I have decided to appoint the following persons as Deputy Ministers for the portfolios indicated in the signed President's Act: Mr John Henry Steenhuisen to be Deputy Minister of Trade, Industry and Competition; Ms Alexandra Abrahams go be Deputy Minister of Electricity and Energy, Dr Jack Bloom, Deputy Minister of Water and Sanitation and Mr Yusuf Cassim, Deputy Minister of Higher Education," di president tok.

However, Ramaphosa reappoint former Communications Minister Dina Pule into di Cabinet. Im appoint her as new Minister of Social Development, ten years afta she comot from office as member of di executive.

Pule bin serve as minister of communications under Jacob Zuma from October 2011 until dem fire her for July 2013 becos of di scandal on her boyfriend, Phosane Mngqibisa and di 2012 ICT Indaba, one conference run by her department.

During her tenure, a parliamentary ethics panel find say deliberately hide her relationship wit businessman Phosane Mngqibisa.

Through Pule influence, Mngqibisa reportedly benefit R6 million from 2012 ICT Indaba contract. Also, di department fund im trip abroad trips to palces like Mexico City, Prague, and Paris, di travel form list am as her partner.

Former Public Protector Thuli Madonsela conclude say Pule act no dey in accordance to di law and e dey unethical. Afta inquiry dem allegedly bully witnesses and di officials for di department forger documents, Di speaker of di national assembly, Max Sisulu bin publicly warn.
