If you're ready to up your lunch game these Greek-style skewers and slaw are ideal. Everything can be made in advance and keeps well in the fridge, so feel free to double the recipe if you want to get more meals prepped for the week.
For this recipe, you will need two wooden skewers that have been soaked in cold water for at least 20 minutes.
