    FT: Fiji 24-39 Wales

Josh Adams speaking on S4C: "It was really important to win again today. Fair play to Fiji they play fantastic rugby and a lot of people say that is the way to play rugby, they were really hard to stop.

"It was a tough game, but we did really well in that second half, we closed the game out and we're glad to get the win.

I"n the week we spoke about boxing Fiji in, I was just chasing really hard and I got quite lucky.

"We didn't think they'd score two minutes in, we knew how dangerous they were. But we got together and fought our way back into the game. We've shown how much we've developed since the Six Nations and we want to keep building."

Six months ago we would have lost that, but under Steve Tandy our defence has been a lot better.

They showed character and passion today to find a way to win and it wasn't pretty at times.

They were under pressure a lot, but they found a way to win which is what you need to do at international level.

Former Wales and British & Irish Lions centre on S4C

I think this is the best performance under Steve Tandy so far, especially after the first half.

Fiji had all the play in the first half, but in the second half Wales controlled where the game was played and showed a lot of maturity.

Everyone thought Fiji were really dangerous and could beat them by running the ball, but Wales showed a lot in that second half.

The score line looks comfortable which doesn't tell the full story.

There were times in that first half where Fiji looked really dangerous but Wales found a way to win.

They can start to build now with another good performance and win.

The second half was so much better from Wales.

A lot more structure to their shape, fewer mistakes, Fiji tired and Wales controlled things in the second half.

    FT: Fiji 24-39 Wales

What a return to Test rugby for Jac Morgan.

The open-side was everywhere for Wales - he scored a brace of tries and came up with some huge interventions at the breakdown.

The Gloucester-bound flanker is named as man of the match.

How important will he be next week if Wales are to upset the odds in Argentina?

Fiji seem to be rushing things.

They had time but they played it too quickly, they didn't have to score there.

They should've been patient and waited for their players to be in the right place.

More good stuff by Wales, who defend with composure to keep Fiji pinned in.

They try to keep playing but Wales strike at the breakdown and kick another penalty to the 22.

We have seen a clear change of tactic defensively.

There is a lot more connection and a lot less offloading from Fiji because of the height Wales are tackling at.
