'It was a joke, a fantasy' - near 10-year journey to new Madrid F1 circuit

Almost a decade after first discussing Madrid having its own Formula 1 street circuit, the managing director of Madring, Luis Garcia Abad, tells BBC Sport how the idea grew from fantasy into reality.
